Items that you need to remember as you are meeting with your potential clients that have a group that they teach on a professional level. This is unlike schools were they get funds in a different manner.
- Work hard to make sure that you are leading the meeting and in charge
- YES you have things that they want
- Custom items outside the normal are possible but try very hard not to go there
- DO NOT give up cash if at all possible any time as you will find at the end you gave your profits away
- Offer Banners and other incentives for the studio when possible, this is a marketing game and they also want to grow
- Play to the ego that most trainers have when it comes to banners and posters they are the best and love to hear others say it to
- It is in the best interest of the studio to get their name on items and out in the market and you can do that for them Tell them
- Make sure that you get the BUY-IN on the project and they are excited and help with the promotion
- Promotion is the Key to success You cannot succeed without them pushing you to the families and kids
- It has to be easy for them and cannot be a problem or a burden to them or it will not get done.
- Show them you will do the heavy lifting
- They need to provide you a list of the students and emails to help you to contact them for the studio
- We want to make sure that we pre-sale the project as much as we can
- You will offer pre-purchase incentives
- We are an asset to them
- Summer will be harder than spring
- Use them as a referral base Who do they know and what events are they going to be in that would like the banners
- You will provide the marketing materials
- X Stands or posters for the gym
- Handouts for the Kids to take home
- You want to shoot everyone not just the takers
- Leave a packet with them
- Do not let them sit more than a couple days without communications
