Q: Ordering PANORAMIC team prints
A: Team panoramic prints are made from by building a complete image from the single shots that were taken of each of the players on team. If the players are not all present they can be added within the 2 week window for the reshoots only. A Pano Extreme is NOT available after that time period. Additionally because of the amount of time and the cost of having the player artwork made, if there is not at least 70% player participation of the team who desires team prints, and actually place orders for them... a team panoramic picture will not be produced and all items that are ordered including a team picture, will have the players in the print as in the example below.

Q: How is a Hero Print made ?
A: We take the athlete photos and place them into the specific sport action shot, that looks and feels like they came right out of an ESPN network broadcast. This special process is part of what we call the making of the "art" or artwork. From that point we can then make prints, posters and other items. But the ART must be made first.

Q: Do I get to choose the picture pose ?
A: ABSOLUTELY ! This not standard school picture day. We want you to have the best picture possible and the pose that you choose. You will have 72 Hours from the time of the photo shoot and posting to choose the frame you would like to use. After that time the items are sent to the lab and they will choose the frame. The lab chooses the pictures for the extreme team for form and fit.

A: Of Course ... Yes there will be several templates available in your colors to choose from. Because of the amount of work that goes into make a hero player print you cannot mix players in a single package order. * Special templates that have teams included may require participation but at least 70% of the team for the image to be made. ** Templates that have more than one image have an additional $5 lab fee to have the second images inserted.

A: Yes - YOU MUST PROVIDE THE PLAYER DATA after the shoot takes place.
There is an additional form that MUST be completed with all orders that provide us all of the information that the lab needs to process the photos with all of the correct names and other vital player information make sure that you do not miss that form.
This form must be done within 72 hours of the SHOOT
YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL AND LINK AFTER THE SHOOT FOR THIS DATA
