Q Do I understand correct that there is no purchase required ?
A Correct there is no purchase required of any sort. The poster has been paid for by Provo area business sponsors. In this case free means exactly that your poster is free of charge to you.

Q Where are the Pictures taken ?
A Pictures will be taken at the Provo Towne Centre Mall in East Bay. Best to enter at the west side theaters and stay on the upper floor going south to # 2014 on the upper deck. You will see the photo shoot taking place in the store area. It is not in the hallway

Q How long does it take ?
A Pictures move very fast. It typically takes less than a minute for the pictures. Paperwork and lines will make the difference. Save yourself time by filling out the paperwork before you arrive at the shoot online.

Q Do I get to choose the picture that is used for the poster.
A Short answer is NO... The computer pick the best frame based on the light and focus of the picture. Long answer is YES Please see Prints below.

Q Picture Prints
A YES Prints are available and you may purchase them. No you are not obligated to do so and there is no pressure to purchase. The prints are however the best value you will find anywhere. If you choose to purchase prints you will have the opportunity to review the pictures frames that were shot and pick the one that you want made into prints. This same image will be placed on your poster as well.

Q How do I get my poster
A All of the poster will be back to us in 7 to 10 days. Each of the players will be packed in teams in a plastic tube. This tube will be able to be picked up by a representative of the team, Coach, Team Mom etc. Only one person needs to pick up for the entire team and has the responsibility to make sure that all of the players get the poster. Poster will need to be picked up at Anderson Monogram at 511 N 1200 W Orem 84057.

Unlike paper products if the poster gets a crease or bend in it simply set it flat for a few minutes in a warm place or the sun and the creases will fall out of the materials. You can have your poster hemmed and have grommets placed into for a small charge but you are not required to do so it is your choice. You can also have your poster made into a larger one even door size for a small fee if that is of interest to you. Door size is approx. 40 X 60
