Please make sure that you spell the Names "EXACTLY" as you expect them to be printed. Feel free to use nicknames or other information as you expect it printed.
Team pictures that are included as part of the USA Invitational will be mailed to the coach or other team agent as on our paperwork. You do not need to order any items.
If your team has a team package you will need to complete the form and the total will be adjusted at checkout with your discount code.

We encourage all parents to get their order in place as soon as possible, as a single package with all player posters is shipped to the team point of contact. Shipment will not be made until team is complete.
If you are placing a personal order and it is not part of a team total package you can pick up your order in Orem UT or we can ship it to you. Shipping is an additional charge and you will be sent a shipping invoice prior to your order being sent after the rate is calculated based on your delivery location. ( Typical shipping is $4 - $7 based on your location )
