How it works:
You will place one single order for the team and every player on the team gets 2 items. Yes they are the same 2 items. If you choose posters and team picture ALL players on the team get the same 2 items.
One Price:
$250 is the base price for the team with all players. This price is up to 20 players and then every additional player above 20 is an additional $10. (based on 2 items) If travel is required and less than 100 players are being filmed at the photo shoot, a fee may be required for travel and shoot and setup time.
Free Items:
All Coaches get a Framed team print.
Parents choose Photo Frames from the Shoot:
Yes you get to choose the frame you want used of your player. We recommend that parents do the data entry so that no mistakes are made. Any mistakes we make in the data delivery to the lab you own the file. Being correct is important prior to sending it off.
Template:
One template is picked for the entire team and all prints are in that template. This information is provided to us on the TEAM Information sheet. Pictures and samples are on the information form. You can click on this button to go to the information sheet at the bottom of this page.
Extra players:
When you fill out the form you will enter your player count and will be sent an invoice based on the player count. Coaches that are to be in the team print, like the extreme team pano print will incur a $5 per person art fee. For example if there are 5 coaches in the team shoot that the LAB puts into the team print we will bill you $25 for the art work. Each of the coaches will receive a team print in the free frame.
Additional items:
You may add additional photo prints or additional poster items for $5 each for the entire team.
If parents on their own want additional items using the SAME ART that is created they can order prior to items being sent to the lab. Items are $5 each and will be delivered with the team order. For any other items and special handling they must order from the A La Carte menu. They then can choose another photo frame if they want.
Players missing photo day:
Players who miss photo day must get to another shoot we are doing or send a picture in. There is a $10 charge to process pictures that are sent in. DON"T MISS PHOTO DAY !!
What does the team need to do:
After the shoot the pictures will be posted and there must be a player form filled out for each player. We strongly encourage all parents to fill out the form We own all mistakes in form information from name spelling to frame choices. The lab is 100% computer driven and no one looks for mistakes or at the pictures. This is why they offer the discounted pricing. Human hands come from the other orders and we all pay more for that.
