Table Banners
Table banners are designed to hang on the front of the table. However hanging your banner on the table is often more trouble than you expect. We feel that the best choice is to make sure that your Banner is long enough to place on the table as well. This is not to replace a table cloth but is placed on the table on the cloth and then hangs down on the front of the table to provide your image.
Picking the Size
We suggest that you leave from a few inches up to a full foot on each end of the table for the table cloth to show and then the banner goes to the floor from the back side of the table. Example if you have a 6 foot long table then the banner can be 5 feet wide and 56 inches long to go across the 24 inch table and hang in the front if the table is 36 inches tall.

You can print details on the table portion of the banner that can be seen on the top of the table, but most often this information gets covered with items on the table, we find that logos and web sites repeated many times are best over specific things like phone numbers etc. Its a visual impression that you are making and should not be data rich. Banners are durable and you can set items on them without damage. Table banners should be light weight so that they do not crease and wrinkle, and should also be hemmed so that they do not fray over time.

X Stands
X Stands are a simple but great display product posters and eye catching themes that you want noticed. The standard banner is placed on a frame that stretches it out and holds it upright for display. Great for home parties and trade shows indoors. Not the best choice for locations that my get wind.
Standard size is approx. 70" X 32" Banners need to be vertical oriented in design. Typically X Banner cloth is not hemmed but burned on the edges so that there is no fray to the cloth materials. The cloth is a better choice of the long use of the materials as it will not mark and crease with multiple uses unlike the PVC films that are often used.

Storage Tube

Yes I know that this seems like a silly item but it is very valuable to you. You always want to roll up your graphics and not fold them when at all possible. This helps the graphic last longer and will not crack. It also can hold your X Stand fame and graphic in a single tube.

Roll Up Banner
Roll Up displays are very popular and use space very well for trade shows where space is a premium. Roll Ups are more expensive than X stands and are printed on a PVC Film so that they can roll up in the the bottom frame.

Backdrop Banners
Backdrop banners can be whatever size that you need. The larger the banner the more support you will need. A banner that is stretched is always better than one that just hangs. This banner is simply sold by the Square Foot and can be anything you want it to be. It should be something that catches the eye with words, an offer or something that will make people STOP ! Many times you can use the frame that a show provides for the drapes and hang the top and stretch the sides of the banner and get a great look. Lighting also is a great adder to your look.
