Find your picture frame in the team shoot photos below.
Order the items you want from the store.
2 important items must be included
Make Notes in comments to seller to make sure we know the frame # you want used
Make sure that we also know the template you want us to use.
Rush - Blizzard - Light Storm - Stadium Lights
Rush will be used as the default template - if no template is selected
If you only want the free small team print you do not need to pick as pose
Small team prints are provided to all players and delivered to the team
